SMBC is an independent investment management and corporate finance advisory company based in Switzerland, characterised by its in-depth expertise, numerous references and dynamic structure. Our main task is to identify unique opportunities in the global financial markets and the European market for infrastructure, real estate and companies, particularly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and to support our clients in sustainably growing and lucrative opportunities with optimised value creation.
Our main areas of activity include data centre and private equity investments based on in-depth analyses, advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals (M&A), which are carried out with strategic foresight and precision.
